Patient safety has progressed over the past decade from being a relatively insignificant issue to position of high importance for healthcare executives and policy makers. However, most opportunities professionals identify act upon patient concerns are likely occur much further upstream, such as, within day-to-day mundane activities. Because this, makers have ramped up focus on role “whistleblowers” towards raising around in settings.
